Ok, so i have to post something on here so I can see what my icon pic looks like. Per bob's request, I removed the boob pic.

I'm looking to buy my first house. I met with Molly (Bob's best friend Drew's wife) last night. She is going to be my realtor / real estate agent. We had a breakthrough when we narrowed my search down to property type and location. I am even more excited now that I know what I'm looking for.

2-3 bedroom row home
1.5 bathroom
hardwood floors
stainless steel appliances
roof deck
Federal Hill area of Baltimore

I know a few people who live there already (Ian & Julie, Rachael, Toby, etc). Molly says Pat Walsh is looking to move to Balt also.

My commute might not be that great, but it'll be worth it if I find a place that I love.
